The Arcade Theatre appears on the 1907 Sanborn, in an old two-story brick commercial building at what was then 23 W Washington Street. The building was constructed sometime before 1886, and the 1899 map shows it as a bookstore/stationer.
Sometime between 1907 and 1914, the street was renumbered. The 1914 map still shows the theatre. Later maps are unavailable, but this entire corner was destroyed around 1990 for an ugly modern bank.
