Star Theatre 60 Paterson Street, Tennant Creek, NT

Opened on 30th May 1947. Closed in February 1949 and sold to the Tennant Creek Co-Operative. The stage was damaged by a fire(early or mid-1950’s?). Another fire(mid-1950’s?), and finally a storm in 1958 demolished the building. The site is now a church(Tennant Creek Uniting Church) and NADS(Naracoorte Area Disability Services).
