I worked here in 1982 to 1983 while I was in high school. Very basic theater with 2 screens on each side of the building. Marquee was on front wall of building. To change titles of movies and times, one of us had to lug a box of heavy letters to a landing above one of the exit wells. Had to climb up to the landing after you threw the box up there. I guess OSHA wasnt around then. Also popped our own popcorn every night. Now just an empty spot in a mall parking lot.

Very basic General Cinema location! This was one of the unfortunate cinemas resulting from the late 1970’s insistence on multiplexes. Basic projection and sound, plus small auditoriums. Saw “The Blues Brothers” here in 1980. Wished it had been it in a better cinema! :–)

The Chesterfield Mall 4 Cine' was leveled around 2002. This was another good old theater. I cant say too much about this theater, I typically went to Chesterfield 6 when they were around. I did see all 3 Back to the Future movies here though. I am surprised that it didnt stick around longer, it seemed like a good location. I guess the newer theaters just got more traffic.
