    1. Kliehm operated the Lawrence Theatre, a venue that had about a 15-year run in the silent era of Pittsburgh movie theatres. The theatre appears to have taken over the first floor of a four-story brick building that had gone into receivership in December of 1910.

The Lawrence Theatre opened in 1911 and was last seen in business in 1926. The second floor Penn-Butler Billiard Parlor continued and a restaurant appears to have taken over the main floor theatre space. The Lawrence did not convert to sound movies.

Since demolished housing now stands on the site.
