This ‘10¢ Theatre’ appears on the 1908 Sanborn, in a two-story brick building that seems to have been constructed sometime after 1901.

Although larger than most of the very early theatres, and located right across from several bathhouses, this ‘dimelodeon’ was not a success, and the 1915 map shows books and stationery being sold here.

At some point, this corner was destroyed and replaced by a hideous ‘modern’ office building.
