This theatre appears on the November 1914 Sanborn, in a small one story brick storefront built before 1901, and which the 1909 map shows as a jeweler and bookstore. It opened as the Lyric Theatre in January 1912.
The Lyric Theatre closed in 1916. The 1925 map shows this space has reverted to retail. The building today is in good shape, aside from the storefront being filled in. It is used as a law office.

George Lehmann opened the Lyric Theatre in January 1912, and closed in 1916.
