The Scenic Theatre opened in 1910 on the ground floor of a newly constructed building at the corner of SE 79th Avenue and East Stark Street in the Montavilla business district in Portland, Oregon. The owner and manager was W.E. Lewis. The theatre was no longer operating by 1920.
