This theater appears on the December 1912 Sanborn. It was a basic arrangement, just a fenced lot with a stage at the rear. A small store on the corner may not have been related. This entire lot is empty on the 1907 map.
This operation was not long-lived, and by 1916 it had been replaced by the large one story commercial building which still exists today.
