Cinema Normandie

Located in a narrow side street on the south side of the Cathedral of Bayeux built in the 13th Century. The Cinema Normandie was a small cinema which opened in the late-1920’s in a conversion of an existing building. At that period of time it was not welcomed due to its close position to the historic buildings surrounding it. The Cinema Normandie had closed by 2015. The original painted name signage is now fading on the facade over the entrance.
