The 535 seat City Hall Theater at 31-32 Park Row near Broadway which is probably the one mistaken as a previous version of the Tribune Theater. It was open from 1916 to 1946. More importantly, to the right and up stairs is the bowling Alley and behind the trolley is the Horn & Hardart located at 17 Park Row.
