I saw Disney’s “Song Of The South” at this old theater back in 1972. It was glorious on the big screen. I’m glad to see it’s fine after Katrina.
Interesting to read the history of the Saenger on their website!
This is the website for the Saenger in Hattiesburg.
Looks fine to me, but then again suppose the color photo was taken pre-Katrina!
This is supposed to be a photo of the Saenger Theater in Hattiesburg. You be the judge.
This is a college town so glad to read that this MS Saenger Theatre has been restored and today operates as a venue ofr live performances (and movies?)though I wonder what the current status is due to Katrina?
