The address should be updated to 114 S. Kentucky Avenue. There’s a pizza parlor there called Palace Pizza. This newspaper article has a vintage nighttime shot.

A Wurlitzer theater organ opus 948 style D X was installed in the Palace Theater on 11/20/1924.

More specific information:

The Palace Theater was one of Lakeland’s earliest movie houses. It opened as the Casino Theater in 1913 on South Kentucky Avenue next door to the Kibler (later the Thelma) Hotel. It was renamed the Palace in 1925 and continued as one of Lakeland’s downtown movie houses into the mid-1950’s Its next door neighbor neighbor, the Thelma Hotel, was torn down in 1962, but the shuttered theater remained standing. The Palace was renovated for use as office and retail space in 1997.

Here is a 1939 photo.
