Please list an asking price.I ask all people listing theaters for this so we know if its in the price range we are looking for.
If we are looking for theaters in the $200,000-to 600,000 range( and call) and its 2 million its a waste of everyones time….
just my thoughts….
Now now…the seller took the time to place the listing. It’s not asking too much if you’re actually interested in the listing to make a 3 minute phone call.

I have interest on this movie theater building, is possible to finance partially the purchase?, i am looking for a single screen theater with two plants (with balcony) arround 600 to 900 seats aproxx, i like to spend up to $ 150.000 and can pay half in cash in the moment and the rest in two years monthly payment, what possibilities i will have to buy one?
