Student leads effort to upgrade, reopen Allred Theater

PRYOR, OK — Raymond Simpson, a 22 year old college student, is leading the charge to reopen the Allred Theatre. Even while going to school in California, he’s organizing an investment group to purchase and renovate the theatre.
