I went by yesterday and it looks like this theater still exists. I uploaded a photo of the building at this address and it definitely looks like a theater.
If you look at an aerial view of this site on Google Maps you can see the outline of the parking spots. Street view shows the sign is still there as well as the screen. It looks like there’s a driving range at the site, but the aforementioned golf course actually goes around the property. There doesn’t seem to be a cemetery on site either.
This theater was located at 202-204 N. Washington Street, where the former Springrove Variety building is now. I believe the present building was built in the late ‘40s or early '50s, so the theater building was likely demolished shortly after closing.
This theater was on the northwest corner of W. Nepessing Street and Pine Street. It looks like the building is still there but it has been united with its neighbors on Nepessing under a modernized facade. Address might be 96 West Nepessing Street.
This building has not been demolished. It is currently a restaurant.

If this theater is the one shown in the photos here it still exists. The address is closer to 101 Jefferson Street North.

Status should be demolished. This building was destroyed in a massive fire in 1999.
