The theatre is currently being renovated with heated recliner seating and upgrades. The website timeline says it Is scheduled to be completed by December 2020.

Looks like a fire took place here.
By 1954, the old streetcars shown here were no longer operating on State Street in regular service. They had been replaced by the newer PCC models.
