The owners of the building have been searching for an operator – so far with no success as they are asking for far too much in rent.

This was another name for what is now the Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts which is already listed at /theaters/5748/

Sadly it appears this former theatre has been demolished and the condos have been built.

THat says they hope to have two screens. There’s a big difference between planning to add one and hoping to add one.
