Theatres ,first run theatres, depend on Concessions,we have had this conversation until i am blue in the face.people were bitching in 1974 when we sold our largest Coke for 65 cents at ABC Theatres.Prices ain’t coming down make decent films, but that is pretty much a thing of the past .They want Cars stuck together, fighting.Glad I got out of the Business in 83.
So the old screen is there.Saw alot of movies on that screen if only for about 4 seconds passing by on the way to grandma’s house.Did get two great one-sheet frames there, but i am repeating myself.Lauren, did you ever get any of the White Horse Drive-in in Greenville.I have a few.
Anderson might have the same trouble,Aiken S.C. has with Augusta,Ga.People in Aiken will drive to the larger city for a night out.Anderson is Close to Greenville S.C. Just a thought, but a pretty good Thought.
You know one day these great 20 plexs everyone loves will be no more. Our classic theatres will be gone, you will get a disc of the latest release and enjoy it.i don’t who in there right mind would even go to one of the 20 plexs that seem to be everywhere.
Right,Lauren.
“CULPEPPER CATTLE COMPANY” one-sheet on far Frame.

Not a bad looking theatre, too bad 2001 wasn’t on the marquee.
thanks for the picture.
Love how the “A” was missing, must have been back ordered.Just a small step down from Augusta’s National Hills Theatre.
On a good many Augusta Theatres there are plenty of pictures, but they are inserted in all the stories.
I know the Duke, thought the other one might be Errol Flynn?
