General Cinema opened the Springfield Mall Cinema I & II on February 28th, 1973 and opened cinema III & IV at Mall Entrance 5 on October 15th, 1975 and Cinema V & VI on November 15th, 1978 and Cinemas 7-10 in April 1988. Grand opening ads posted.
