Not to take sides, but just to the east of the 291 N. Old St. Louis Road address you can see what appears to be the ramps of the drive-in.

Assuming the address is correct, there is nothing left of the drive in save for the outline. Rather appropriately, a Ford Dealership sits on the site.

The Drive-In is north of Kirksville approx. 2400 N. Baltimore Street. While partially covered by other businesses, you can still see the part of the ramps and a structure exists where the projection booth/concession stand would be.

Based on the photograph, the address appears to be 621 E St Patrick St. A Salvation Army Thrift Store sits on part of the site, but you can still see the outline of the drive in.
The Drive-In re-opened for a few final showings. It will be demolished soon, but the community of Ponca City came out in droves to see “God is Not Dead”.

This is one of the most bizarre “dead drive-ins” I’ve ever seen. Closed for over 40 years and yet the screen, which is the only thing left standing, looks to be in really good condition. Can this be by chance?

I do not see the concession stand in this view, however it does appear that the foundation for the projection booth is still there.
The location of the drive in was just two blocks east of where the map indicates. You can still see the ramps and entrance way.

All traces of the drive in are gone. https://goo.gl/maps/uIPBJ

The screen is partially there.

Based on the photo, here is the location; https://goo.gl/maps/Q15T1
3455 Underground Dr. West Plains, MO. It is located just north of town on HWY 63. There is nothing present to indicate a drive in once existed there.

From this Google Maps Shot, the Screen appears to have been torn down.

After 40 years and not maintaining anything else? Even the ramps have almost faded completely away. That does seem a little far fetched to me.

Not sure, but there appears to be faint signs of parking ridges just to the left of the industrial buildings.
