I believe this was also a Loews Theater prior to becoming an Alamo Drafthouse. As a Loews, I had been here before mainly with my cousins who lived in Katy at the time. The movies I believe I saw here were Shanghai Noon and George of the Jungle.
I only saw one movie at this theater: Small Soldiers (1998), when this theater was a Starplex. I saw it with my dad and my grandmother, the latter of whom was living in Waco at the time.
I only saw one movie here: Hope Floats (1998). It was actually with my grandparents, who were living in Port Arthur for all their lives. And as much as it may pain me to say, I didn’t care for the movie, and even as a 9-year old, I wasn’t exactly impressed by the theater itself either.
Here are the movies I’ve seen at this theater: Space Jam (Which I believe to be the first movie I’ve seen at this theater), Return of the Jedi, Anaconda, Volcano, Hercules, Men in Black, Air Bud, Bean: The Ultimate Disaster Movie, The Borrowers (For my 9th Birthday), Quest for Camelot (Don’t Ask!), My Favorite Martian (For my 10th Birthday. Don’t Ask!), The Mummy (1999), and Tarzan (1999) (As part of a summer school field trip. So far, this was the last movie I’ve seen at this theater).
Here are some movies I saw at this theater: Richie Rich, Independence Day, Star Wars: A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, Antz, Star Trek: Insurrection, and Mighty Joe Young (1998). The latter was also the last movie I ever saw at this theater.
Other movies I’ve seen at this theater include: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1993 re-release. At least I think), The Lion King (At least I believe I saw it at this theater), The Pagemaster, The Brady Bunch Movie, Batman Forever (with my Cousins), The Indian in the Cupboard, The Hunchback of Notre Dame (As part of a friend’s birthday), Alaska (Don’t Ask!), Snow Day (For my 11th birthday) and Dinosaur (2000) (As part of a summer school field trip. This was also the last movie I saw at this theater prior to its closing).
Movies I saw here: The Little Mermaid (1997 re-issue; I believe this was the first movie I saw at this theater), Mouse Hunt, Blues Brothers 2000, Lost in Space (1998), Tarzan and the Lost City (I actually liked that one), Godzilla, Dr. Dolittle (1998) (Don’t Ask!), Armageddon, The Parent Trap (1998), Rush Hour, A Bug’s Life, Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace (Don’t Ask!), Muppets from Space, Inspector Gadget (1999) (Again, Don’t Ask!), For the Love of the Game, Holes (2003), and The Expendables. The last movie I saw at this theater was Star Trek Into Darkness, which was also the last movie I saw at any theater.
I actually have some fond memories of this theater. Notable movies I saw here were The Santa Clause, Casper and Babe. There may be others, but they escape me at this time.
2004

I’m the one who submitted this theater info to this site, btw.
Anyone have any pics of this theater when this was a Cineplex Odeon?
Also, this may actually be from 1979; DOTD wasn’t given a U.S. Theatrical release until May of 1979.

I remember that snake story!
I’ve only seen 3 movies here: Evan Almighty (Don’t Ask!), The Dark Knight, and Star Trek (2009). Typical mall theater.
I’ve passed by this theater before but have never actually seen a movie there.
I also saw Shanghai Knights at this theater in early 2003.
I also saw at this theater, The Road to El Dorado, as part of another friend’s birthday.
RIP. The only movie I ever saw at this theater was a screening of The Room (2003). I wonder if there are any similar theaters still open?
@Disney_Fan: Alien Resurrection?

I believe I may have actually saw Casper at this theater, in the summer of 1995, rather than the T&C Theater that was in the area at the time.

RIP. It was a good run, though.

I saw The Flintstones Movie, Toy Story and Mr. Magoo at this theater.
1986, actually.
1994, actually.
Nightmare!
