Barrfields Pavilion was built in 1930 orginally seating 1,000 people in the stalls, balcony and back balcony. The back balcony has since been removed to make a balcony foyer and projection/control room.

Also known as Barrfields Theatre, it started cinema films in the 1970’s and continued doing so until 2002.
