Most likely closed on June 16, 1994 with “The Paper”. The theater originally closed when its owner left for vacation, but never reopened afterward.

Reopened as Cinema 1 on June 29th, 1966. Grand opening ad in the photo section.

I remember the marquee of this theater: “Point Blank” with Lee Marvin….long time ago

Opened on 12 Nov 1941 and the architects were John and Drew Eberson.
Originally had 939 seats.

Much of the interior of the theatre, seating, projection booth, seemed intact in a visit a while ago.
