Opened with 3-screens on June 23, 1971 by General Cinema Corp. A fourth screen was created in late-1970 by dividing one of the original screens. On October 25, 1985 it expanded to 8-screens and on December 26, 1987 it became a 12-screen theatre. AMC removed one screen when recliners were installed and the current seating capacity is 910-seats.

This theater renovated a few years ago, so the photo is out of date. They now have reclining seats and a bar.
Renamed to AMC Dartmouth Mall 11
Please update, the theatre opened on June 23, 1971 as the General Cinema Cinema I-II-III, a 4th screen was added dividing one of the big houses in the late 1970 and became the General Cinema North Dartmouth Mall Cinema I-II-III-IV and was later rename General Cinema North Dartmouth Mall, on October 25, 1985 expanded to 8 screens and pn December 26. 1997 to 12 screens. AMC removed one screen when the added recliners. Add General Cinema as previous operators.
