The Teck Theatre was apparently open only two years, from 1931-1933. It was also listed as open in Film Daily Yearbooks 1941 and 1943. It became a furniture store and by June 2023 a brewery/bar/restaurant operates from the site.

The Eastbound Brewing Company is now located at this address. Function should be restaurant.
