The Park Theatre was opened on August 4, 1913. It was renamed Lansdowne Theatre on September 6, 1936. It closed as a movie theatre in 1958. It became a special events house and hosted boxing matches into the 1960’s.
By 2007 it was in use as a hair salon. Became a coffee house by 2013. By 2017 a pizza restaurant and since 202 it operates as an Asian restaurant named Roll & Bowl.

The landsodowne operated as Spatz burlesque in the late 70 and then became a Hindi theatre operated by a Mr Sahota he also rand hindi films at the Donlands and Paradise
