This triplex theatre opened in 1977. It had 500 seats in each auditorium. It closed as a dollar house when Kendall became over-screened in 1990.

This opened on December 21st, 1977. It is located in South Dade City at 7740 SW 88th St.

Rivest266, the address you give in your October 15th comment is for the Dadeland Triplex not the Kendale Lakes Triple and there is no place called South Dade City. …. If you delete your comment, I’ll delete this one, then you can recomment about the opening date? Thanks.
Does anyone know what businesses currently occupy this location if the building is still there?
Possibly a shopping center(name unknown?), or a Fedex building?
Now The Falls Post Office and Wine and More.

It closed because of Regal Falls 14 acrosx the street.
FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is not at the Falls. This cinema was on Kendall Drive and was replaced by Wometco’s own Kendall 9 down the street. The Falls is off US 1.
