Located in the south London district of Balham, on the west side of Balham High Road, at its northern end. The Cosy Electric Theatre was listed as operating in 1912.

The parade of buildings that it was located in, was badly damaged by German bombs during World War II. It was demolished and a new parade of shops with residential use above, was built in the early-1960’s. In 2009, the number 58 High Road is occupied by a bicycle shop.
