This theatre appears on the 1907 Sandborn, sharing a two story building with a bank. On the 1895 map, this part of the block had only a house. By the 1914 map the bank had taken over the entire building and there was a theatre next door in a new building. It is quite possible this was the same operation. The Ohio Theatre was in operation in the late-1930’s with seating given at 325. The theatre remained in operation through the early-1950’s. It was located a block to the west of the Lake Theatre and Celine Theatre.

This part of the block has been replaced by a huge and clumsy modern structure

Address is wrong. The odd side of the block is the courthouse. Correct address was 124. The theater appears on the 1914 map on the western half of the ground floor of a three store lodge hall. This entire portion of the block, all the way to the corner, is now home to a very cloddish modern hulk.
