Opened on June 30, 1995 as the Value Cinemas Brookfield with 8-screens. Marcus Theatres took over this theatre in 1996 and it was renamed Tower 8 Cinemas in April 2000. They continued to operate the Tower 8 Cinemas until closing on April 15, 2002.
After closing on April 14, 2002, Marcus remodeled the building and leased it to the University of Phoenix for classrooms and offices. By 2022 it had been converted into a fitness center.

This was opened as Value Cinemas- Brookfield and renamed Tower Cinemas in April of 2000. It also had eight cinemas.

The short-lived Value Cinemas Brookfield opened its doors on June 30, 1995 with eight screens. Its total capacity of seats may also be wrong as well. It was renamed the Tower 8 Cinemas in April 2000, and closed on April 15, 2002.
Formerly the Value Cinemas - Brookfield. A year after its launch, Marcus Theatres took on the venue. It operated as a sub-run discount house through showtimes of April 14, 2002. The next day it began retrofitting for the University of Phoenix.
