Marcus Theatres took over this 478 seat theatre in 1996. They continued to operate the Tower Cinema until April 0f 2002.

After closing Marcus remodeled the building and leased it to the University of Phoenix for classrooms and offices. By 2022 it had been converted into a fitness center.

This was opened as Value Cinemas- Brookfield and renamed Tower Cinemas in April of 2000. It also had eight cinemas.

This opened as Value Cinemas Brookfield on June 30th, 1995.

Now the location of the Wisconsin Athletic Club. Function should be fitness center.
