The Atlantic Twin was opened August 2, 1962 with Jeff Chandler in “Merrill’s Marauders”. It was operated by the H.B. Meiselman Theatres chain. It changed from first run films to adult fare in the late-1970’s. The building was eventually demolished and replaced by government offices.

This opened on August 2nd, 1962. Grand opening ad in the photo section. It was the first suburban theatre as well as the first twin theatre in the area.
