The Capitol Theatre was opened by 1929 and was operated by 20th Century Theatres. Seating was listed at 602. By 1950 it was operated by Famous Players and they were still the operators in 1957. The re-named it Park Theatre around 1960 and it was closed in 1985. In the early-1990’s it was converted into office space by a Toronto based company.
