Small theater on Stop 23, close to the Cine Regency on Avenida Fernandez Juncos. The Cine Delicias showed double features. It showed mainstream movies and avoided the exploitation double bills so common in these theaters.
This was a really small movie theater. In fact, it was so small that the doors for rest rooms were located inside the screening room!
The Cine Rex closed down in the very early-1980’s and is now a carpet store.

This theater was originally named the Delicias and was owned by Pedro Armenteros, the owner of the Riviera on Loiza St.
