Located at Rowe Avenue and Oriole Street in the Lake Forest district to the north of Jacksonville. The Lake Forest Drive-In was opened on July 11, 1952 with Wayne Morris in “Sierra Passage” & Tom Neal in “Navy Bound”. By 1968 it was operated by Kent Theatres Inc.
The Lake Forest Drive-In was closed in 1978.

Correction: The actual address was 7612 Oriole St, Jacksonville, FL 32208. This points to the entrence. The church taked up the bulk of the drive in. Its address is where the screen stood. Sorry for mixup!
Opened on July 11th, 1952. Grand opening ad posted.
Closed in 1978.
