The Landmark 10 New Westminster opened on May 11, 2012 at the Plaza 88 complex at New Westminster’s Skytrain station. It had a total seating capacity of 1,850-seats. All auditoriums at the theatre have stadium seating and 3D screening capability.
In 2017 recliner seats were installed which reduced the total seating capacity to 749-seats.

Rare trackside cinema entrance.
Recliner seating was installed in the spring of 2017 (less than five years after the theatre opened). Current seat count is now approximately 749 (the biggest, #10, now seats 120 and the smallest, #7, is just 34).
Screen #2 was converted to ‘LaserUltra’ (with laser projection and Dolby Atmos sound) in early 2021. In the summer of 2022, ‘Premiere Seats’ were added to multi screens, replacing one row of seats with deluxe heated recliners and side tables.
