AMC Classic Mattoon 10

This theater was built for the Kerasotes chain and opened December 15, 1995. It had 8 screens. Two more screens were added on December 17, 2004. It was acquired by AMC Theatres in 2010.

I think the two photos in the photo section are of two separate theatres. One is brick, the other is not.

This opened on December 15th, 1995 with 8 screens by Kerasotes theatres who closed down the Time and Cinema 3 theatres the day before. Extended to 10 screens on December 17th, 2004 and became part of the AMC Theatres chain in 2010. 1995 and 2004 grand opening ads can be found in the photo section for this cinema.
