The Fox Cold Coast Theatre was opened July 10, 1987. There is a bigger theater in Ocean City owned by the same company.

Sun & Surf is not Carmike. I was just there in April and was being operated by Fox.
Wow, this looks the same on the outside from my family vacations to OC in the ‘80s. Anyone know if they’ve kept the insides the same or remodeled?
This opened on July 10th, 1987. Grand opening ad not found.

Saw Men In Black in 1997 here. Nice , comfortable theatre. Probably 150-200 seats per screen I think. Stayed at the hotel next door.
