The Palmetto Theatre opened by Martin Theatres on November 21, 1972 with “Elvis on Tour”. It was taken over by Carmike Cinema and was twinned on April 8, 1982. They closed the cinema in 2000.

The Palmetto reopened as a twin cinema on April 8th, 1983. Another ad posted.
