The Hilltop Drive-In was opened on June 14, 1957 with Eleanor Parker in “Lizzie” and Van Johnson in “Bottom of the Bottle”. It had a car capacity listed at 200 cars. It was operated by Chakeres Theatres. The drive-in closed on September 24, 1988 with Bruce Willis in “Die Hard” & Tom Hanks in “Big”. It was demolished in the mid-1990’s.

This one was really hard to find. The address given is incorrect.
The approximate location for this drive in was Highway 421 between US 421 between Keisha Vickers Rd and Potter Rd. The entrance road is just east of Vickers.
No ramps but the outline bordered by trees is still there.
Interestingly enough, Historic Aerials actually has Drive-In Road labeled on the old entrance road to the DI, but Google does not. Street View is from March 2009, and there appears to be a mailbox by the entrance road, but there does not appear to be any structures at all down Drive-In Road.
