Pacific Theatres opened at the Inland Center Mall on June 20, 1986. The five-theater complex was described as being on the northwest side of the mall, next to the I-215.
The Riverside Press Enterprise reported in September of 1999 that a decision to replace the five screens with a 14-screen complex would be put on hold until it was seen how CinemaStar’s downtown complex performed.
The theater dropped out of the listings in October of 2000 and was closed until the building was demolished in 2003 for parking.
