Opened as the Tempe Park Theatre by Blair Theatres on December 18, 1987. This is an amazing theatre filled with classic video games, posters, lobby cards, statues, old lunch boxes, and even statues that look like former US Presidents. Great atmosphere that can not be beat. A must see for movie fans!!

This was opened as Tempe Park on December 18th, 1987 by Blair Theatres and taken over by United Artists in 1988. It was dropped by UA in 1991 taken over by Pollack, who runs this popular 2nd run cinema since then. 1987 grand opening ad in photo section.
Please rename theatre to Pollock Tempe Cinemas and total seats 1239. United Artist Theatre last day of operation was June 20, 1991 as a discount movie theatre, went independent on June 21, 1991
