The Hilltop Drive-In was listed as open in 1950. The car capacity was 300 and was open into at least the mid-1980’s. It was last operated by Kerasotes Theatres.

The address for this Drive-in is 5600 U.S Hwy 61, Perryville, MO 63775. No trace of the theater is left.

Boxoffice, April 14, 1975: “PERRYVILLE, MO. - Kerasotes Theatres has acquired the Mercier Theatre and Hilltop Drive-In from the Mercier family and assumed operations Sunday, March 30 … Kelly P. Fulton will remain as resident manager and the theatres will be under the jurisdiction of district supervisor Sam Sheridan, Poplar Bluff, Mo.”
The Hilltop Drive-In opened its gates on July 8, 1949 with “Three Little Girls In Blue” (unknown if extras added). It was closed on September 6, 1981.
