The 5-screen, 625-seat Mary Max Cinemas opened on October 25, 2013, with all digital 3D projection and sound and reclining seats. Three auditoriums have 29-foot wide screens with seating for about 75 and two auditoriums have 40-foot wide screens with seating for about 200.
Leading up to the grand opening was three days of free movies, with a suggested donation to help local non-profit organizations. The Logansport Pharos-Tribune notes the theater was named after the daughter of Bill Hawes, of Logansport Theater LLC. By April 2023 a sixth screen with 18-seats had been added in a conversion of a former game room.

Please update, it’s six screens. The 6th screen is a studio with 18 seats, converted game room.
