Located on what was originally E. 10th Street. The Castle Theatre was opened on October 17, 1927 with Dolores Costello in “The College Widow” plus 5-acts of vaudeville. It was equipped with a 3 manual Wurlitzer organ which was opened by organist Leona Klebenow. In 1953 the Wurlitzer organ was purchased by Bob Rickett of Portland.
