I have movie advertisements for the two theatres that were located in the basement of the Sheraton Four Season Hotel on Queen Street, opposite City Hall. It was opened on August 31, 1973 and was operated by Famous Players. It was designed as a first-run theatre by Toronto based architectural firm Searle, Wilbee, Rowland. Seating was provided for 682 & 344.
Both theatres played first run movies and were closed in 1995. Next time I am in that area I will try to get a photo of where the entrance used to be. The former theatres are now used as meeting rooms in the hotel.

Thanks for posting. I am now attending a conference in the location. It is a large meeting room run by the hotel. Not sure when the cinemas closed.
I wonder what the main theatre area looks like now
