Located in the Salamanca district in the north of the city centre. The Cine Goya was built in 1926 and was designed by architect Gonzalo Aguado Quintana. It had 750 seats in orchestra and balcony levels and was opened on 8th March 1926.
In 1945 it was re-modeled in an Art Deco style. In 1970 it closed as a cinema/theatre and became the Cafe-Teatro Goya which closed in April 1976. It had since been demolished and an office block now stands on the site.
