The Mini-Flick 1 & 2 opened June 21, 1973 with Richard Chamberlain in “Lady Caroline Lamb” & Cicely Tyson in “Sounder”. Each screen had 150 seats. It was operated by Schwaber World-Fare Theatres. It was taken over by JF Theatres in 1982 and it closed as a discount house on September 1, 1986. It briefly reopened on October 31, 1986 but had closed by the end of the year.

In 1988 it was gutted internally and converted into a carpet showroom.
