Metamora Hall launched in 1870 in downtown Schuylkill Haven. On December 21, 1912, the space became the Euclid Theatre showing photoplays. Its first night the Euclid Theatre showed, “Custer’s Last Fight” projected onto the Mirroide screen from its Powers 6B projector. The Euclid Theatre closed October 30, 1920 and was turned into a retail operation for the Bittle Bros.
