Located in Lanesborough, County Longford and situated at the top of Lough Ree halfway between Roscommon and Longford. Lanesborough seems to have been home to two small cinemas simultaneously. The Plaza Cinema was active in the 1950’s, advertising between 1955 and 1956. The building appears to have been demolished.
