The Coral Drive-In was originally located on Anderson Road & MacLeod Trail (it has its own page on Cinema Treasures). Located in the far eastern edge of Calgery on 60th Street SE off 17 Avenue SE. The Corral 4 Drive-In opened on March 28, 1980 and was the last drive-in to be opened in the Calgary area. Closed in 1997 after an explosion and big fire in the oil refinery located next door.
It never reopened and has since been demolished. The lane sign at the entrance still remains in 2018.

This opened on March 28th, 1980. Grand opening ad in the photo section. It should not be confused with the Corral Drive-In on the MacLeod Trail at 114th St. that opened on June 11th, 1964 and closed in 1978. More to come.
Some of the ramps are still visible at the back of the property. The front part of the lot is now International Plaza, a business center.
Opened by Odeon Theatres Canada, later taken over by Cineplex Odeon, last operated independently until closure in May 1997.

Closed in 1999 after a oil refinery fire on August 10th.
